1. Non-prescriptive: Imaad does not represent a particular view point, philosophy or dogma. Instead it seeks to present and understand all view points and schools of thought on a subject, allowing its members to make an informed choice for themselves.
2. Tolerance: Imaad does not discriminate against any faith, race, sex or caste.
3. Accessible to all: Imaad is not just a group for muslims. It is open to all.
