Timings and Venue

• Teams should arrive at the venue by 1100, ensuring that all teams are registered and briefed on the rules as well as the format of the competition before beginning promptly at 1200.
• The tournament will begin at 1200 regardless of whether teams have arrived or not. This ensures that a maximum number of games will be played, resulting in the most enjoyable tournament possible.
• All teams should meet in the actual Astro turf complex at the university. The car park is situated very near to the complex and so parking should not be a problem.

• FROM M4 - Exit the M4 at junction 11 and follow the signs for the B3270 towards Lower Earley. At the first roundabout (approximately 1 and a half miles after J11) turn left onto the A327 'Shinfield Road'. Carry on down this long road past 2 roundabouts and on your right will come the entry into Reading University and the Sports Centre. The car park will be on your first turning left upon entering the university and the Astro turf complex is a short walk away - visible from the car park.
